Technical requirements and precautions for non-woven lining dusting process

But science and technology is constantly progressing, now many non-woven interlining quality has been very good, also used in high-grade clothing. Today I want to share with you is the non-woven lining with powder technology production of some technical requirements, some people may feel that the powder process is relatively old is also the simplest bonded lining manufacturing process, but for non-woven lining, the following aspects should pay particular attention to.


 1,Non-woven interlining in the processing of the base fabric needs to be inspected, the base fabric fabric thickness must be uniform, especially the horizontal must be consistent, or one side loose and one side tight;, must be inspected before production;.


 2, Some base cloth static electricity is serious, need to do some anti-static measures, such as: sprinkle water on the ground, with anti-static or add steam and other methods.


 3, Drying room temperature and rolling car speed with appropriate control, (the relationship between temperature and speed, the temperature is high, the speed can be faster, and vice versa, slower, to avoid inconsistent width caused by thermal contraction.)


 4, Non-woven lining dusting process of the best use of 150 to 300 particle size rubber powder, both to prevent seepage of material, but also save rubber powder.


 5, Non-woven lining to do rolling light treatment when the adjustment of the rolling pressure: LDPE is recommended at about 0.5kg/cm², depending on the melt index, temperature.


6、Glue coating should be uniform and consistent, and the dusting of hopper, brush and screen should be checked frequently to ensure the uniformity of dusting.
